Do we have to rent the linen?

Yes, that is mandatory.

Can we take care of the cleaning ourselves?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. We want to deliver the apartment to the next guest in a uniform condition.

Do we have to clean the apartment?

We kindly ask you to leave the apartment as you found it. This means that we ask you to throw away waste, etc. and to put the dishes in the dishwasher. We do the sheets and towels.

How does the digital (Nuki) lock work?

In the week before your stay, Nuki will send you an email with a digital key. You can put this on your smartphone once.

What time is check-out?

We kindly ask you to leave AMSTEL BeachHouse before 10:00 in the morning on the check-out day.

How does parking work?

We can offer you a parking permit for 50 EUR per stay.

What time is check-in?

You are welcome from 15:00

What is the changeover day?

During high season we only offer Friday as a changeover day. In the low season this is also possible on Mondays.
